Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies with precision and urgency
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams for seamless revenue recognition
- Analyze aging reports to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Support month-end closing with accurate reconciliations
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in high-volume environments
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or similar certification preferred
