- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, submission, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivable issues with clients and insurance providers
- Utilize Epic and Meditech systems for accurate charge entry and coding compliance
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure documentation supports billing accuracy
- Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and variance analysis
- Develop process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce denials
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare or tech-adjacent setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing software
- Expertise in revenue cycle management and HIPAA compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
