Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in Arizona healthcare sector
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
