Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients within strict deadlines
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues through proactive client communication
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports to maintain financial integrity
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract terms align with billing practices
- Generate monthly financial reports for senior leadership review
- Optimize billing workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and financial policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in healthcare or financial services
- Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification a plus
