Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience in regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable ERP systems
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 20%+ in previous roles
