- Resolve complex insurance claim denials with 95% accuracy rate
- Conduct billing audits and compliance reviews
- Train staff on new billing protocols and software
- Collaborate with finance department for month-end reconciliations
- Optimize revenue cycle management through data analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in US healthcare
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in Epic EMR and Cerner systems
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven track record of reducing claim denials by 30%
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
