Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive communication
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate contract-to-billing alignment
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to maintain billing databases and generate financial reports
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance industry regulations (HIPAA, SOX)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in healthcare or SaaS
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) or similar credential a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with revenue cycle optimization and denial management
