Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for B2B and B2C clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports and resolve discrepancies
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage eligibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements
- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and QuickBooks
- Train staff on billing procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and billing compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) certification a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
