- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables through diligent follow-up
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge documentation and coding compliance
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial analytics for executive review
- Train staff on billing software updates and regulatory changes
- Conduct quarterly audits of billing processes to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in healthcare or complex B2B environments
- Proficiency with Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR billing systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) credential preferred
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and CMS billing regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume billing operations with 99%+ accuracy
