Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment application, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate revenue recognition
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce to optimize billing workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent certification a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting
