Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and vendors
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Implement billing process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of billing data
- Manage payment collections and credit card processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or tech billing operations
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., ChargeMaster, Medisoft)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
