Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in medical or tech billing operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
