- Generate monthly billing reports using SAP and QuickBooks software
- Coordinate with sales and accounting teams to ensure timely revenue recognition
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct audits of billing systems and payment records quarterly
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex data
- Exceptional communication skills for client interactions
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Experience with healthcare or professional services billing a plus
