Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ commercial clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Analyze aging reports and optimize collection strategies
- Collaborate with sales team on contract billing terms
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PCI-DSS standards
- Train junior staff on billing systems and protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in medical/technical billing environments
- Expertise in Epic and NetSuite billing platforms
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven dispute resolution success rate
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
