Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract terms
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing
- Generate monthly financial reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar billing software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
