Responsibilities
- Process and post customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Review and reconcile billing statements and accounts receivable.
- Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies with customers in a professional manner.
- Generate and analyze monthly billing reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of billing cycles, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.
