- Generate monthly revenue reports and analyze billing trends for process improvement
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Stay updated on coding updates (CPT/ICD-10) and regulatory changes
- Train staff on billing procedures and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expert knowledge of insurance claim processes and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Proficient in Epic or NextGen EHR systems and billing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
