Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and basic loan applications
- Participate in community outreach events as a bank representative
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and anti-money laundering training preferred
- Must pass background check and credit verification
