Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate products/services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Support branch operations through cross-training in other service areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
