Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate banking solutions
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and perform daily balancing procedures
- Uphold strict security protocols to protect customer assets and sensitive information
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Federal banking compliance certification (e.g., AIB) or willingness to obtain
