Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and services
- Cross-sell financial products including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through scheduling and team collaboration
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through professional service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations and banking compliance
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic Spanish language skills a plus
