Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Build client relationships through personalized financial service recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Federal banking compliance certification preferred
