Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing superior service and resolving inquiries.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Monitor cash drawer balances and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining bank procedures to clients.
- Ensure the branch is clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of basic math and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
