Responsibilities
- Process transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately
- Provide personalized financial guidance to members
- Resolve account inquiries and customer concerns efficiently
- Actively promote credit union products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance daily cash drawer and transaction records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Arizona MLO license preferred
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
