Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on banking products/services
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for KYC and anti-fraud measures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain organized workspace and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
