- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend products that meet client needs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
