- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions.
- Sales Support: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and mortgages.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and ensure all branch documentation is up to date.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and audit requirements.
- Cash Management: Reconcile daily cash drawers and ensure proper handling of cash and non-cash assets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; previous banking experience is a plus.
- Experience: Prior cash handling experience and customer service background preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
