Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions within established tolerances
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
- Process loan payments and merchant services transactions
- Maintain organized work area and confidential customer records
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Pass background check and credit check
- Must be available for training schedule (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday)
