Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Operate banking software and digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license (required for branch visits)
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
