Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service to bank customers with diverse financial needs
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer profiles
- Adhere to strict banking compliance regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
