Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Assist with ATM maintenance and troubleshooting
- Participate in ongoing training provided by the bank
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic computer applications (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with banking operations preferred
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for branch visits)
