Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and build relationships
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products and services
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits as needed
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
