Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide accurate account information and resolve client inquiries with empathy
- Cross-sell bank products/services while maintaining compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night depository operations
- Support branch initiatives for digital banking adoption
- Collaborate with commercial and personal banking teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Reg CC)
