Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain cash drawer and balance daily transactions
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with branch operations and team projects
- Build relationships with local business clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Familiarity with banking regulations (FDIC, BSA)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Tennessee state banking license (or willingness to obtain)
