As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, building relationships and providing vital financial services to our community.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer financial health.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and daily settlements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security protocols.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and daily cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Familiarity with banking software and MS Office Suite is a plus.
