Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and personalized solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
- Participate in community outreach programs to strengthen bank presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Fraud prevention and compliance certification a plus
