Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with accuracy and speed.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to build lasting relationships.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch targets.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
- Fraud detection and risk management awareness.
