Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships with customers by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support branch operations through cross-training in other banking services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Federally required background check clearance
