Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries and product information.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual financial goals.
- Ensure the security of cash and non-cash assets at all times.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
