Responsibilities
- Cash checks and process deposits and withdrawals with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly and provide world-class service at the teller line.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers daily.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, loan applications, and financial product information.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to enhance customer portfolios.
- Adhere strictly to all bank security protocols, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with branch management to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or banking environment is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software.
