Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Handle cash, checks, and currency with strict accountability and precision.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, check cashing, and basic banking services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services to enhance customer portfolios.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and security protocols.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
