Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Cash checks and verify checks for authenticity and compliance.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Reconcile cash drawers and handle cash variances at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to count money accurately under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
