Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products and services aligned with customer financial goals
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
