Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Open new accounts and educate customers on digital banking tools
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to specialists
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions within compliance guidelines
- Actively promote bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information
- Participate in branch sales goals and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial systems
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Hawaiian/Asian languages
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, D)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for branch mobility)
