Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash drawers with extreme accuracy and responsibility.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
