Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using provided banking equipment
- Operate cash dispensers, scanners, and digital verification systems supplied by the bank
- Deliver exceptional customer service while utilizing provided CRM tools and communication devices
- Maintain security protocols for bank-issued equipment and transactional systems
- Balance cash drawers using provided counting machines and reconciliation software
- Assist with digital banking services using bank-provided tablets and terminals
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment and banking technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to learn bank-specific systems quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations and security protocols
- Ability to work with provided digital tools and banking software
