Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and promoting financial products
- Safeguard branch assets by balancing cash drawers, monitoring ATM operations, and adhering to security protocols
- Open new accounts, update customer information, and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals while maintaining professional equipment functionality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems (equipment provided)
