Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with provided cash drawers and scanners
- Operate bank-provided transaction terminals for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Utilize supplied check verification equipment to prevent fraud
- Balance cash drawers using provided counting tools and software
- Assist customers with bank-provided digital banking resources
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality as per bank standards
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Proficient in using bank-provided technology (training provided)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail with supplied verification systems
- Ability to work with provided equipment in fast-paced settings
- Trustworthiness with bank-provided assets
- Local Lubbock residency preferred
