Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate bank equipment (provided) including cash drawers, ATMs, and digital terminals
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Maintain organized transaction records and documentation
- Participate in branch performance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic proficiency with banking software (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
