- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance to clients regarding products and services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Actively cross-sell banking products based on client needs
- Maintain organized branch records and documentation
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
